A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note a surcharge of USD 250 will be charged for guests smoking in non-smoking rooms. Please contact the Front Desk for information on designated outdoor smoking areas.
Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Please note 4 water park passes are included for guests as part of the resort fee.
For March only, the water-park will be open Wednesday - Sunday from 10am - 7pm.
Please note the Flamingo Water-park Resort is open for hotel guests only. Outside visitors are not permitted.
The water-park, slides, lazy river, and game rooms are open Thursday through Sunday. The hotel will remain open weekdays, Monday through Wednesday, but with limited amenities. Only the outdoor pool, children's playground, bounce house, and arcade rooms will be open. The water-park, slides, and lazy river will be closed during these days. We will not be charging a resort fee for the nights that the water-park is closed during this time period.
Please note that all fees are subject to tax.
